Way better than expected and completely worth the price! The drinks are big and don't use any powder. I was shocked when I tasted fresh melon instead of the artificial taste I'm used to! Could not finish it in one sitting so I had some for dessert!

Ordered for pickup, when I walked into the store 20 minutes after I ordered 2 girls just idling there. Told them I was there to pick up my drink, they grabbed my ticket off the machine then told me to wait for it to be made. Did obviously didn't see the ticket when I ordered it.. quite annoying. Drink was also overly sweet and took more than 10 minutes to make... mind you I ordered 2 regular bubble milk teas with 30% sugar. Store inside looks messy, disorganized and floor had water everywhere. Overall bad experience and is rundown. Bell boulevard has bubble tea shops everywhere, I recommend choosing another place.

I love this place and order at least once every week. Their drinks are made with fresh fruit and don't have a hint of artificial flavoring at all. I have ZERO complaints about this place.

Spent $15 for a large creme brûlée bubble tea with herbal jelly and pudding and it was soooo gooood def for a special day

The uji matcha is really amazing the large is definitely worth the price I would definitely get again especially in person
