The Ube Macapuno was crazy good. I always wanted to try it but wasn't sure, it was so worth it!

If I can give - 10 starts I would! I ordered the cream cheese Oreo drink, but unfortunately, it didn't come with pearls. I suggest that you enhance the description in your menu to avoid any confusion for customers. I paid $16 for two drinks, but one of them was missing the coffee jelly, and the other one, priced at $7.99, was a bland tea with cream foam and crushed oreos at the bottom. As loyal customers who have supported your business since day one, we are extremely disappointed and have no intention of returning. I'd like to mention that I made five phone calls to your establishment, but none of them were answered. On some occasions, when we visited near closing time, we were informed that pearls were already out of stock two hours before closing.

Its very disappointing that they gave a different flavour without notifying if I'm okay with it, I was expecting them to serve what I exactly ordered a cocoa crinkles but they gave me ube crinkles which I don't eat! Also, It was kind of hard to eat too bcoz of the texture!

Mango pomelo sago - no mango flavor, very bland and very creamy!
Red bean milk tea - ask for 30% sugar and less ice and still it very sweet especially when biting into the red bean!
