One of my favorite local restaurants! The staff provides the most fantastic hospitality, all the dishes are fresh, light, filling and crafted with high end care. I tell everyone about Machete and hope they continue to thrive. Their patio is a the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beautiful meal

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Redlands. I always get the Tacos De Papas and they never disappoint. They are fresh and filling. I got the Green quesadilla and it was so good! The black beans were also delicious.

The Huarache was thin as a tortilla. it's supposed to be thicker. The adobada meat was salty. Why make it salty if you adding cotija, which is salty too. Too small for the price. The guacamole was a small portion for high price. Guacamole was salty as well. Salsas were watered down. Disappointed 😞
