Medium well burgers were very red, and for the 4th or 5th time lettuce and tomato's were not added as requested.

I'm new to the area and ordered a grilled cheese and fries to work. The grilled cheese was very burned. It would have cost very little time and money for the cook or the server to have it remade. If they wouldn't take time to remake a grilled cheese before sending it out, I can imagine quality isn't a priority. It was disappointing and I'm sure they're generally good, but with so many places to try I likely will pass on Mac's in the future.

I ordered 2 stickers from MAC's but I didn't receive them :( otherwise food itself was great as always.
