• 7/16/25I just had one of the best delivery experiences with Mad Chicken! The food arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly packed — exactly how you want it. You could tell it hadn’t been sitting around; everything was crispy and full of flavor. The chicken was juicy, the fries were still crunchy (which is rare with delivery!), and the sauce was on point. Delivery was fast, and everything was correct with no missing items. You can tell they care about quality, even when it’s being delivered. Definitely ordering again soon. Highly recommend!

• 2/19/26I got the mad rice, cause it was on special and although it was plain, the chicken was so flavorful and they put so much chicken on top of the rice. You literally could take a piece of chicken with every bite of rice so it made it so worth it and it's a really good deal.

• 10/29/25Mad Chicken is hands down one of the best spots for crispy, flavorful chicken! 🍗🔥 The tenders are always juicy, the fries are perfectly seasoned, and the sauces take everything to the next level. Fast service, clean space, and food that never disappoints. Always hits the spot every single time!

• 4/11/26MAD RICE CHEESE CURDS ONION RINGS Great food. Ppictures taken after eating quite a bit as portions were very good. Had eaten over half of both the onion rings and cheese curds. Got two of the mad rice bowls. Great and flavorful food. Food came fresh and packaged well. Only thing I would suggest is to ask for extra sauce with the MAD RICE as it was a little light for my preferences but may be perfect for others. Will definitely order again in the future.

• 5/10/26I don't know how this place has so many great reiews it's way overpriced mediocre food. Their slogan is "real food tastes better" but everything tastes like it came from the frozen food section. the boneless chicken wings look & taste like the Tyson nuggets you get from the grocery store. I highly doubt these are made from scratch/in house. The breading is very thin they're not crispy at all. Barely any sauce on them. They charge you 5$ for a half cup of fries which is rediculous potatoes are SO CHEAP & you get more fries at chik f la. The Mac and cheese tastes exactly like the Mac and cheese you get from the deli counter at Walmart. I used DoorDash credits so it was only 30$ but the total before discounts was 45$!!! For some fries, boneless wings and a cup of macaroni.
