Food was good, would like the spicy soy garlic a little spicier, not much different from the plain soy garlic. Portions are good and packaged well. However a bit pricey to be more than a once in a while treat.

The Soy Garlic chicken was so delicious, crunchy & flavorful! It is certainly the best in my area :) The parmesan truffle fries were also amazing! And the portion size was very good for the price. No complaints towards this resturaunt. Highly reccommend !

The chicken and fries were amazing as always. The Mac n Cheese was just so so and was really expensive for a small side portion. Everything is always awesome from Mad for Chicken

Usually the tenders are one of two things a little overcooked or it's not covered in a lot of sauce, so it ends up, arriving a little dry, but this time the tenders were cooked perfectly for that right amount of crunch, and the tenders was also drenched perfectly in the sweet and spicy sauce

The chicken is low quality and extremely greasy. One of the Mad Tenders clearly wasn't correctly processed and had a random bone in it. Had to throw away the box.
I don't think this is a problem with just Mad for Chicken. Most fast food and fast casual places seem to be very low quality these days.
