The food is excellent, but the ordering experience is horrendous. Multiple times I've ordered for pickup more than an hour before arriving, and still had to wait 20-30 minutes at the restaurant past the expected pickup ETA. I don't know if there's only one cook or something, but there's really never enough people in there or ordering to justify such long wait times. Again, very good food, but those pickup times are unacceptable. Beware if you plan to order for pickup.

honestly the quality of the food dropped a big amount. when i was ordering food a few months big the pieces of chicken tasted much better and the flavors where amazing at the moment when i ordered today the taste is very bland and the chicken was stale a dry.
