• 4/13/26Signature Dac Biet Pho Beef was delicious with Beef &Tendon Ball, Sliced Beef but I could not see any brisket pieces. Soup was flavourful and well sealed. Love the fresh bean sprouts and mint leaves packed separately to keep fresh. The Seafood Spring Rolls were well prepared and not oily at all with a sprinkling of sliced chili, shallot and loose pieces of crisps.

• 10/6/24Thinking it was similar to a Bun Bo Hue, it wasn't. More of a spicy, sweet and sour soup with rice noodles, shredded carrot and cabbage. The 3-Styles of Beef was good with also 3-Styles of Chilli (Pickled, Fresh and Sriracha). Nice dish but not a traditional Pho.

• 3/11/26Spicy Pho 3-Style Beef was excellent with a side of lemon wedge and sliced large green chili! Flavourful and the crispy pork crackles added a gret zing to the dish. Superb pho stock with lots of fresh shredded vegs.
Hai Hai Nam Chicken Rice Set [Lunch Only] was cleverly served with the rice tinged with ginger rather than the traditional pandan leafs. Chicken thigh meat was boneless but for me, a little overcooked, rather than the traditional cooked just to the bone style. Tasty but was approaching the tough side with a couple of bonus feather stumps on the tail. I didn't quite get the ginger soya sauce as I didn't quite sense the clarity of the ginger and soya sauce but a new blend of richly flavoured dipping sauce. I did love the ginger fragrant rice, which I think was the Vietnamese style called "broken rice" by some stalls. Perfectly cooked and yummy! Similarly, the bonus broth was quite unexpected in flavour and sans the usual simplicity of chicken being poached in the stock.

• 5/27/25The meal was made using fresh ingredients and the portions where well sized and the utensils where of well thought value. A bit to much chilly for my liking, half of the am would of been ideal but was my fault not taking some off as Iiked it was vert well placed on the top. The order was take away and was extremely well packed which brought me such delight. Would order again from the same restaurant.
