Everything!!!! The food was hot when it arrived. The chicken was tender and seasoned well. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Maggianos included utensils, bread and butter, extra cream sauce and parmessan cheese. Everything was packed neatly. I will definitely order this meal again. Yay \○/

The prices are much too high for the amount of food received. Additionally, the sauce in the Shrimp Scampi seemed much thicker than any scampi I have had before. The shrimp scampi seems to be more than 1/2 pound of spaghetti and a handful of small shrimp that had little flavor. My husband had the Maggiano's Side Salad. He, too, said $10 for a bowl of lettuce is exorbitant. SMH

The Chicken Parmesan was the wrong cut I think. The meat was inedible. Super disappointed. Definitely not worth $27. Maybe $10.99 at Chile's. Super disappointed. Tiramisu was good, but portion and taste weren't worth $12. Maybe $7.99 at said Chile's

The best thing about this place is the Chocolate Layered Cake (usually not a fan of chocolate cake in general). There's a lot of pasta but that's it. Over priced with little protein and almost always dry due to not enough sauce. It's bland, so I add my own seasoning. I also add my own shrimp to the alfredo to save money. It feels like it can be a step above Olive Garden but not really. The bread/rolls is good (very soft). I usually DoorDash when I want the cake (haven't found another place that has something comparable). Maggiano itself is not a place I would recommend nor dine in ever again (I've been to the ones in KS and AZ). It's a chain with mediocre dishes and hefty price tag. I don't get the appeal but if it floats your boat, go for it.

It's been over a year since I had Maggiano's and it still is my favorite Italian restaurant. I am so happy I ordered it for dinner tonight. I ordered the Mom's Lasagna and Spaghetti with Giant Meatball & Marinara Sauce. They give you larger portion of the lasagna and it tastes so good. The sauce is not dry and overflowing in your plate. The mozzarella cheese just melts in your mouth and there is a lot of it. Good amount of meat to just devour it. Spaghetti with giant meatball was also really good. Smaller portion size but just perfect. The meatball is big as it is described!
