Flautas de Flautas de Birria are very good to share, good flavors and crunch from the fryer..
Empanadas too. The three choices for Salsa (5.5 oz)are always tasty, our favorite is roasted tomato, but we boost the heat sometimes by ordering the hottest one...it is for the brave
but delicious too. The medium level is the green (tomatillo)which goes well with everything too.
Bright, citrusy. Tacos are varied and wonderful, special for the variety of tasty fillings and attention to details. They are masters of the art.
Empanadas were good and crunchy too, but get more flavors and color with tacos! If you like beer-battered fish (pescado(they make tthat taco perfectly. Skirt steak delicious on tacos too, Mexican cheeses, pickled onions, fresh veggies, all served with care, no one does this better near us. And dinner recipes to please, they know what's good and brings folks back.

Words cannot describe how delicious the Española Salad (gf) is. Holy. Cow. It is so delicious and delicate without missing out on flavor. It's easily my favorite salad. Ever. Came with the perfect amount of vinaigrette per the container.
The Cochinita Pibil California Burrito is also very delicious--with quite the nice kick of spice and heat. It is packed full of pulled pork, but evenly balanced with rice and beans. I normally dislike beans with a burning passion, but they mix so well with all the other ingredients that I gobble them up.
Mago is easily my favorite restaurant. The only down side to ordering carry out is missing the awesome ambience of the actual restaurant.
The Flan de la Semana never disappoints! Like beans, I never cared for flan UNTIL Mago. This place is amazing. Everything tastes fresh and is down right tasty!

The chicken in the CLASSIC FAJITA - POLLO tasted like it was from a bag and was microwaved. The veggies in my fajita were barely cooked and very firm also tasted unwashed and the tomatoes were diced... never seen that before. The rice was not good, for sure used frozen veggies... but very bland overall. The salsa had good flavor but was an inconsistent blend... random huge chunks of onion or a huge stem from cilantro. Chips were also bland and tasted older, not fresh at all.... for the price? I wish I would have just went to Taco Bell. CHICKEN EMPANADA was OK. Nice crust but also lacking flavor.

The empanadas are so good here. We had chicken this time. But so is everyone taco! The pescado , the carne asada and camarones this time and all three had fresh ingredients full of color and flavor. Tres leches cake was a wonderful sweet ending.

Shrimp Empanadas are amazing. Filled with seasoned shrimp and amazing texture. I bout em twice in one day. OMG!!
