Filet Mignon Hibachi is delicious very tender, melts in you mouth & full of flavor I highly recommend this dish Kani Salad was the best I've had in quite a while Shrimp Shumai was fresh & tasty. Edamame was a bit over done causing some of it to be mushy. Overall I give this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😋👍

I ordered the hibachi steak dinner and it was an absolute disappointment. The steak was gray, completely unseasoned, and had no flavor whatsoever. It looked like it was taken straight out of the package and rushed onto the grill with zero care or effort.
The rice, noodles, and vegetables were just as bad , bland, watery, and completely tasteless. I ended up having to re-cook the entire meal myself just to make it edible, which is ridiculous considering I paid over $30 for this.
On top of that, the portion was shockingly small. Everything came packed into a tiny container that looked more like a lunch combo than a full dinner. I honestly feel scammed.
This was one of the worst takeout meals I’ve ever had. The quality, flavor, and value were all unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from here.

The ramen was absolutely terrible. The egg was just a normal boiled egg (not marinated), with part of the shell still on it, the broth wasn't very good, and the noodles had an odd texture in your mouth. It's better than instant ramen, but if you've had proper ramen in Japan or from a ramen shop, this is a lot worse.
The hibachi was amazing. They have some of the best fried rice I've ever tried, and it was just great in general.

Overpriced and bad. Chicken Katsu pieces had zero flavor and the broths were bland. The Tonkatsu Ramen only had a few pieces of pork.

Mazu has excelled in preparing the finest sashimi. I had the deluxe sashimi platter and some additional fishes such as the mackerel and other à la carte items. The Seaweed Salad was delicious as was the Fried Noodles.
So this is my go to when it comes to this style local Japanese cuisine.
