I appreciate the consistency in their food and how quickly it's prepared. The dirty mac is my favorite!!!

This is BOMB! The #4. Dirty Mac is phenomenal! Full of flavor and great mixture of textures. I get both the hot honey and bird sauce to drizzle and it's SO GOOD. I order xtra Mac and tender, and it's a good size! 10/10

Wish there had been more chicken but it was delicious none the less! Crispy fries, great Mac and cheese. Would definitely order again with the buy 1 get 1 deal.

I'd like to start off by saying we had an amazing DoorDash offer for a buy one get one free...unfortunately without that deal I don't think the prices aligned with the food itself with that being said you do get a great amount with one meal deal. I wouldn't say the food wasn't great but I do think they drenched the chicken in seasoning to the point of it being somewhat soggy with little to no crunch. I asked for my fries to be crispy and yet they were soggy as well but still flavorful. The food was still hot and fresh even with the distances. If this deal is still shown in the future maybe I'd consider coming back but for almost 50 dollars without it...maybe not.

The food was hot and the fries were fresh which is why I am giving this 2 stars or else it would be a 1 star. I have had the wrap before from a different location a month or two ago and it was great but at this location it's not as good because instead of the generous serving of fresh crunchy iceberg lettuce that I had at the other location (and that is in the picture for this item) I got a disgusting squished spring mix? It doesn't even look like lettuce and it's not crisp and fresh. Obviously since it's a warm item the vegetables are bound to get steamed a bit but these are just wilted disgusting leaves that end up tasting like cooked spinach. Won't be ordering from here again sadly. Also they forgot the sauce that comes with my single tender which I wanted to try but I guess it's fine since I got ranch on the side. I'd rather get Houston TX Hot Chicken or Urban Bird before I got this again. That spring mix ruined the entire wrap :(
