I had the most wonderful experience with Majestic Blooms. From start to finish, their customer service was truly exceptional. I called to ask about an earlier delivery, and although that wasn’t possible, they were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process.
The handwritten card message I requested was quite long, and they wrote it perfectly, exactly as I sent it. They even allowed me to text in what I wanted written, which made everything so easy and personal. Because it was my first time ordering, they surprised me with an extra balloon, a purple star, after I mentioned the recipient’s favorite color was purple. They also made sure the bouquet itself was mostly purple, and it was absolutely beautiful.
This experience went far beyond just ordering flowers. You can genuinely feel the care they put into their work and their customers. I’m so grateful for their kindness and exceptional service, and I will absolutely be ordering from Majestic Blooms again. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness! I cannot even begin to tell ya'll how these lovely people went above and beyond what I asked for! I asked for specific changes (to make it cat friendly, to include my mother in law's favorite colors, how much she loves greenery.)
