ordered a scone which wasn't available so sent an email scone was replaced with a berliner and was charged extra for the berliner. I think this is rude as if I had of been rung and told scone was not available I would have chosen to cancel the order. Then to charge me extra for something I did not even choose. The white hot chocolates tasted like hot milk and nothing else. Not impressed at all.

hi there The fettuccine was delicious. I ordered a blueberry muffin. The muffin supplied was banana. I cannot eat banana. Very disappointing.
