i forgot to take a picture because i was so hungry but this is by far the best coffee cake ive ever had. the lemon blueberry Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake hits EVERY single time- warmed or cool. the coffee is also fantastic! the Sandy Blonde never tastes burnt or lingers ickyness on my tongue.

3 star today, Probably very busy... Wish they would seal the food bags (with sticker or tape) being delivered because food is exposed to delivery driver and elements. Also, wish they would offer at least 1 other cheese choice for Breakfast Sandwich like white cheddar. The American cheese is a bit overwhelming to me and takes away from the rest of sandwich. Sandwich a bit soggy today. I do Like Makenna a whole lot and Churro latte is good with the Extra Shot but today it tasted like the extra shot wasn't in it...? Was super sweet. Could barely taste the coffee/espresso flavor. Side note: Thus far, Makenna is usually really good & staff has always been kind on phone.

I just love all of their drinks like this coffee shop is just beyond super amazing. Every drink is good. 🩷🩷🩷🩷! I used to go to Starbucks, but this is my favorite place. I stopped going and made Makenna Koffee my favorite spot. 😂

2 Stars is because they don't answer phone when we call or return messages and emails and we really need some questions answered prior to ordering. Sometimes as we may need larger quantities of certain menu items (want to verify if available) &/ or info. regarding drinks for our business orders. Also, lately the egg in the egg sandwiches have been smaller and have being slightly overcooked making them a tougher consistency. One last thing, it would be really great if in the seasonal drinks they would offer a Hot Pumpkin flavored Matcha or at least add pumpkin syrup as a choice on the delivery app menu. We have had to order this drink from other coffee shops many times which is unfortunate as we prefer Makenna's Matchas. The Matcha is REALLY good just wish they had the seasonal flavors for it. Would love to give them more business but its hard to with these few issues.

Bread wasn't toasted and cheese not melted on breakfast sandwiches. Normally not like that.. a ham and cheese croissant. The cheese and ham was not warm inside just the outside bread.. The Pumpkin Cream Spiced Latte was very good.
