Really enjoy Mala. 孜然牛肉 Cumin Beef is always great, cant beat the 四川担Dan Dan Noodles and the 麻婆豆腐 Mapo Tofu is the best in town. We get bok 炒青冈菜 Sautéed Baby Bok Choy for freshness. The 风味辣子鸡丁 Spicy and Crispy Chicken tastes like CHEMICALs which is unusual for MaLa. I dont recommend that dish and others have reported the same taste. Otherwise, all good food!

芦笋蟹肉羹 Crab Meat and Asparagus Soup - The crab was boiled too long and the crab was too chewy.. they used to do a better job making this Soup but this time the taste was not as good..

The 花仁萝卜干 Mala Crunchy Duo was missing the peanuts and it was wupr salty. when I called I was told they had a new kitchen staff and I should go to a different location for more stable service. The refund from doordash was less than the tip.
