We are serving a wide variety of authentic Sichuan dishes. Sichuan is popular in using the Sichuan peppercorns that gives numbing feeling and minty sensation in your mouth.
The Fried Rice with Chicken, Beef, or Shrimp (shrimp) and the Zhong's Pork Dumplings were both awesome. Lots of garlic and a little heat on the dumplings and TONS of shrimp in the rice. Highly recommend!

The soup barely had any chicken in it, the texture was a bit too thin and runny compared to normal egg drop soup.

The Crispy Beef Sichuan Style had a strange fish like flavor that was stronger than the meat flavor. The size was also a little wanting.
The larger problem was with the Kung Pao Chicken with Peanuts. I'm not sure if the peppers were salt cured or dried but every few bites would uncover an awful, chemical salt tasting flavor that would almost burn the tongue.

The portion size was not worth the price and the dry hot pot had too much clove seasoning it made it barely edible and the meat consisted of mostly bones rather than actual meat. The other dishes were okay, but I unfortunately do not think we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This place is solid. One of my favorites to dine in and order delivery. The Cumin Lamb and crispy Szechuan Crispy Beef Sichuan Style are best I have ever had.
