Spicy Sichuan Crispy Chicken (All Natural White Meat)
Always our go to for Chinese food. We've tried almost half the menu but are creatures of habit. The Singapore Mei Fun（thin rice noodle） is my favorite - slight curry flavor with a thin fresh noodle and no heavy sauce, the Handmade Juicy Pork Buns / 小笼包-猪肉 ( 蒸熟) are a great soup dumpling. The string beans are deliciously crispy yet still fresh. Bok Baby Bok Choy with Garlic / 蒜炒上海苗 is a large portion, like most of their dishes. Also their service is so fast, highly recommend ma lala !!

The American Chinese is not great here. My gen tso was hard and dry and stringy. My lo mein was bland. But most non American dishes I got were testy. The Lotus Pond Fresh Veggies / 荷塘小炒is a favorite. So crispy and light. And the Soft Eggplants with Garlic / 鱼香茄子 is a tiny bit spicy and a little sweet and is tender and delicious. Both came w a huge white rice. Have gotten vegan ma pao tofu before which i recommend generous portions. Nice staff.

2 stars for the decent dumplings, and the chicken was crispy.
But there was an overwhelming amount of the dried sichuan peppers in the dish, and the chicken had no sauce.
I absolutely love spice and smokiness from sichuan peppers, but they are practically inedible (unless you like chewing on paper).
Which is totally fine - just pick them off your dish if you dont want to eat them.
But there were as many pepper pieces as there were to the chicken pieces. Ive never seen so many before on a dish like this.

General tso's was still crunchy on the outside paired w the Veggie Lo Mein / 蔬菜 捞面 is such a fire combo. Sizzling beef has nice flavor and tender.

Love the hotpot from here! I usually get chicken, broccoli, lotus root, mushrooms and quail eggs. That with rice lasts at least four meals for me - worth it!
