Beef Stew Noodle Soup is perfect for my tastebuds - falls apart easily and chewiness texture is just right. This is how an authentic cantonese style beef stew should taste like. Noodle choice is to your preference. I like the thin rice noodle ones as it doesn't soak up the soup and stay consistent. Scallion Pancake is basic and reasonable price. It's quite crispy with complementary sweet soy sauce. Most shops I've been to mostly make it soggy or drenched in oil and very salty soy. Bonus points on the crispiness as I did take out and went to a few shops for 45 min. The pancake still tasted fresh by the time i ate it.

The Shrimp Mei Fun was hot but flavorless and the shrimp was cold and rubbery - the fried pork dumplings were raw in the middle and burnt on the outside.

My friends and I are visiting the area and got chicken fried rice and Pad Thai noodles as well as Tom yum soup and dumplings. The fried dumplings are so delicious and the Tom yum soup was so flavorful. Can't wait till the next time I come back. Definitely recommend this place.
