FRESH and FLAVORFUL
Ordered here for the first time super late night - we were not disappointed. The baja tacos were delicious. So much flavor - especially with a squeeze of the lime and some salsa that were provided on the side. We also tried the cowboy burger which was also good (and massive, seriously a lot of food). Really looking forward to trying more food from here.

Probably the best beans and rice in S. Salinas. I got the Baja tacos, and wow. So delicious, even out of a plastic container. My only feedback to the dine-in option is that the music is terribly loud and they have 2 or 3 different playlists on at the same time. So my preferred option to enjoy the food is through DoorDash. Thank you!!

Cheap rice on the rolls. Their California is not creamy and rice is hard and grainy. Tacos lack flavor. Prime Burger is juicy but messy.
Overall 3/10, will not order here again. You can get better tacos elsewhere, WAY better sushi at a better price elsewhere and better burgers. This "fusion" has nothing special.

My dasher kept apologizing for the wait from your restaurant. The shells on one of the tacos was inedible. I was looking for fresh, bright flavors -- but instead experienced the mediocre. The Lava Cake was nice, but overpriced.

the asada taco was very salty. the fish taco was delicious. they also forgot to include hot sauce or any type of salsa to tie in the ingredients. the Mexican street corn was delicious
