The Pad See Ew is incredible! I get Thai hot, and it is delicious! It's not always as hot as I'd like, but it's always really flavorful. I also get cream cheese wontons. They make them with imitation crab, which is great for me because I have a shellfish allergy. Mana Thai is hands down the best Thai restaurant in Longmont.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I haven't found pad thai in the area that wasn't dreadful until I found this delicious spot. Get the Cream Cheese Wontons, they are stuffed with an exquisite filling & the dipping sauce is like heaven. The Mango with Coconut Sticky RIce is out of this world. Dripping with that magical sticky sauce that I wanted to just drink. Yum.

Everything I've had from here is amazing! The Pineapple Fried Rice is incredible. I almost ordered it for the first time without raisins and walnuts, because I wasn't sure about that, but no. No, they know exactly what they're doing. Perfecto as is! Also the Crispy Spring Rolls are so yummy! Love the sauce that comes with it! 10/10

We've now tried 3 of the curries on the menu. The Massaman, Panang, and the Pineapple. They have all been incredible. This restaurant makes the best curry in, Longmont.... if not all of Colorado... or in the whole US. Best we've tried ever and we love curry. Theirs is SO flavorful. We can't wait to try the rest of the curry options and everything else on the menu. Love this place!

The Massaman Curry and the Panang Curry are the absolute best I have had. The flavors are so complex and the vegetables are so fresh. Hands down the best curry in the state.
