Never a bad meal! My food is hot and deep, portion sizes could feed two people easily.

You gave me the bottom of the pan on my chicken.. nothing but hard crackling and very little actual Honey Garlic Chicken. I've had it before and it was great, but this was dry and obviously had sat on the steam table awhile. Being a Chef myself, I never would have served that. That was a $25 dinner, and the only thing that was good was the ONE eggroll. Your picture advertises 2 for $3.99, not ONE...C'mon, fix that...you even downsized the menu, sad. Being new owners is hard enough without bad reviews. I hope you will do better in the future, if there is one.

Way too many carrots in beef and broccoli and barely any meat. Carrots also nearly raw and big chunks made impossible to eat. Noodles were old and mushy. I usually love their food but today it was not good. Also no soy sauce or utensils in bag.

About a 3.5. The mushroom chicken was tasty and the noodles were good. There was plenty of food. But, the butterflied shrimp and the steamed rice were both over cooked and the mixed veggies were undercooked.

First, I normally don't have a problem with this place. Now, this time around I ordered some orange chicken and it looked like meatballs. they didn't even taste like orange chicken at all. ate about half of it and skipped it. went onto spicy beef, haven't had it and I love spicy food. if that's what you want to call it that. was not spicy at all. was still delicious but when expecting it to be spicy, it's sorta downgraded. and the breaded shrimp.... usually one of my favorites. I got like half a serving I normally get and was COVERED in pepper. again, normally don't have this problem. I tasted more pepper than shrimp and the green and red peppers. at a few bites and moved on. if this is going to be like this, I'd rather not waste $40 everytime I order. which reminds me, I asked for sweet tea. a rare treat as a diabetic. received unsweet. my experience will be the last one unfortunately. this place was my go to on my days off of work, at least once or twice a week, it was amazing but now I get better quality, quantity and save much more money at other places
