I love the oxtails, the fried turkey wing, the fact 3 sides come cause the meat is on top of rice....& the strawberry chantilly cake is top tier!! One of a kind restaurant -Brianna B.

Macaroni is not baked. Catfish wasn't seasoned. Just overall not a good place for soul food.

I ordered the Meatloaf meal with Mac n Cheese and Collard/Cabbage mix with Cornbread.The best thing was the cornbread. The Mac n cheese was dry and tasted sweet, almost taste like red sauce mixed with it, and some sort of spices. The Cabbage mix was sweet. with the same spice in it. The sauce on the Meatloaf, had that same spice and a maple flavor in it. Not sure of what the crunchy things on top of the Meatloaf are? Everything was too sweet and kind of one note on the palate. Couldn't really taste the food item, because of the sweetness and the same spices in all the items. I was very disappointed and felt like I wasted money. Didn't have dinner. I couldn't even give the plate away. Three different people tried it, and neither liked it or wanted it.

THIS FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!! I'm not sure what the seasoning is they use,but it Overwhelms everything. The pork chop ( NOT a pork steak) was so tough. And why is there sugar in the mac n cheese??? Plus it has that weird seasoning all over it. The gravy had that weird seasoning in it as well. This was the WORST soul food I've EVER had. 50$ down the drain. You live and learn. My 1st and LAST time EVER patronizing this restaurant.
