Bagel sandwich burned and only a little cheese, and I paid for extra cheese. Also, the second bagelI ordered was supposed to be super cinnamon, but the gaveme a raisin bagel. Sometimes Manhattan bagel is good, but very inconsistent and can be really bad.

Tiniest piece of egg on my sandwich, and they used American cheese and I only wanted Swiss. Second time this happened, so not sure if I'll keep ordering. Bagels and Original Bagel Classic Sandwich are good quality. Store just not following the food order, and skimping on food quantity for this $10+ sandwich.

Horrible location. They are using store bought everything bagels. I assume only when they run out but who knows. I don't order manhattan bagel to get Thomas Bagels quality bagels. Shame.

The hash brown was old I had 1 bite & threw it away. The sandwich seemed pre-made the cheese is Kraft singles cheese & the lemon cake is store brought not fresh baked. I think this will definitely be my 1st & last for this restaurant.
