I'm visiting from out of town and needed a quick breakfast, and this hit the spot! I had the plain bagel sandwich with egg and bacon, and it was delicious! It was kept hot in foil! I ordered an Iced Coffee (24 oz.) and added instructions to add cream but not make it too "light," but a medium color which they followed! I'm not overly picky but I've had places make my iced coffee where it's so light, it's not drinkable! Was glad I could add notes to my order. I asked for sweetener if available (since I've never been here before) and happy they gave me plenty of Splenda on the side for me to choose how I want my coffee! Quick, delicious, and good on pricing!

I payed full price for a regular bagel and LAYS chips I recieved this mini bagel and mini bag of chips such a waist of money!!! Not to mention the tiny bagel was DRENCHED in butter. The whole bag is soaked. Never again this place is a rip off !!!!!

Their gourmet bagels aren't even bagels. Not worth the price ($3 a piece). Packaging was terrible. They were just tossed in the bag and there was no napkins. 2 stars is for the sandwiches. The Philly Steak Egg & Cheese tasted good and the BEC in a croissant tasted good. I'm being nice

I used to get the chicken salad a lot in the past. It's not nearly as good. Portion has been cut way down and even the bagel is smaller. Very disappointed. Last time I order from them
