I keep hoping something will change here. I'll get a bad order, stop using them for 6 months or so, and then be dying for a bagel sandwich and try them again, and it stays the same. Use Borough Bagels. Just now ordered 2 dog bagels with our sandwiches, the weren't included. A hash brown missing, the other ice cold. Ordered tomato on a sandwich ($1.25 upcharge) and they put ONE SLICE on the sandwich. Don't waste your money; zero quality control or care by the employees.

Turkey bacon was so hard and chewy.
I ordered a strawberry mango smoothie with no yogurt they gave me a strawberry banana smoothie with yogurt.
