Manga Kabayan, I tried the Chicken Tocino sa Manila Inasal sa Echo Park. Grabe, it's like being back in the Philippines! The tocino was super tender and the sweetness and saltiness were just perfect – just like back home. It comes with garlic rice too. For those who miss Pinoy flavors, here it is. Salamat po, Manila Inasal!

The Boneless Chicken Inasal Meal was so good. It came with the grilled chicken, inasal sauce was salty and savory, and the green chili sauce paired really well to balance the dish. The garlic fried rice it came with I'm pretty such I can eat by itself. Cant wait to try more of the dishes!

The lunch specials here are unbeatable! The beef tapa is perfectly marinated. The chicken inasal is my favorite. I hope they add a grilled fish bowl to the menu someday 🍚🔥

Indulging in the savory delight of Filipino grilled chicken, bangus and pork belly inasal is an absolute treat for the taste buds. The perfectly grilled exterior gives way to tender, juicy meat infused with a symphony of flavors. Paired with a side of garlic rice and a dipping sauce that strikes the perfect balance between tangy and sweet, this grilled chicken is a masterpiece. All their food in the menu are a must-try! What are you guys waiting for?!
