I ordered a dozen specific donuts, which I've done before, but this time I did not get the specific donuts that I ordered. I selected the option to be contacted if they did not have the items I ordered and no one called me. I'm not crazy about half of the dozen donuts that I got.

I appreciate that Maple Donuts lets me call ahead of placing my order thru the Door Dash app to make my donut selection to ensure that I get exactly what I want rather than them picking substitutes for me that I may not like. Excellent customer service!!

The breakfast sandwiches were good but the variety of donut holes was not great, as usual. Seems like they gave me most of their stale powdered sugar, powdered cinnamon sugar, and plain nothing on them ar all donut holes that nobody ever wants, most of them were stale and hard. We probably got less than 10 good holes that were glazed or blueberry. Hopefully we have better luck next time on the random luck of the donut draw that is never really good. Why can a buyer oick their own donuts? There should be an option to pick your own donuts based on current stock. Maybe eventually there will be a future app enhancement to do just that because paying for a bunch of donuts that you don't like is not ideal and most of them end up getting thrown away because nobody likes them...
