I'm lucky this place is nearby and affordable. Being disabled and unable to cook for myself, I rely on their rice plates. I hate other places that you can only enjoy when there's a coupon, only to find out their food doesn't taste the same, or the food is in smaller portions and more expensive. I probably eat here every day, and I don't get tired of it. Thanks for maintaining the quality and quantity of your food.

Ample portions, good quality vegetables and delicious sauces used in their dishes. You can't go wrong with either the Wonton Soup 云吞汤 or Wor Won Ton; great size and lots of plump won tons served. I love many of the Chinese restaurants along the Excelsior/Mission St area, Maple SF provides a great value along tasty Chinese dishes.

I was looking thru doordash for dinner and found this place. I always read reviews and look at pics before ordering and this place had good reviews so i decided to place an order. I ordered 2 combo plates and wontons in hot oil. The food arrived quickly and was still hot upon arrival. I asked for a side of hot sauce but they didn't include it. Oh well.
The food:
-Prawns with Scrambled Eggs Rice 滑蛋蝦飯 was very good. Kind of a basic dish but it was done right. Perfectly cooked shrimp and salt level on the eggs.
-Chicken with String Beans Rice Plate豆仔鸡飯 was delicious as well. Cooked in a yummy black bean sauce with perfectly crunchy green beans and moist chicken. Chow mein was good too.
-Wonton With Hot Oil红油抄手 was enjoyable. The hot oil is actually hot and the wontons were good.
All of the dishes i ordered were great and the portions were generous. The prices are also super affordable here which i appreciate. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations based on the price. I will be definitely be ordering from here again.

My baseline is Hon's wuntun in SF Chinatown so when I saw that Maple's broth was tinged in red, my disappointment began to set in. Yes, Maple gives you 8 big pork wontons but the BBQ pork tasted off and it was dry. I only ate the wontons and did not consume the red broth nor the BBQ pork. I wont order this dish again.

Third time ordering Cajun Clam,Mussels,Shrimp 卡津酱蝦,蜆,青口 . This time several of the shrimp was not fresh. Disappointment. But will try again. Combination Chow Thin Noodle什锦炒幼面 and Beef Chow Fun with Gravy濕炒牛河 was awesome. West Lake Minced Beef Soup西湖牛肉汤 was very flavorful. The Steamed Glutinous Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaves(3pcs)糯米鸡 was surprisingly small for the price.
