This is my second or third order from Maplestar and I have to say it is the absolute best I've ever had. The eggrolls are good and crunchy and fresh. And the shrimp my phone who's the sweetest most flavorful I've ever tasted. In numerable shrimp, not too many vegetables plenty of egg… I highly recommend this place

Maple Star...
For what you pay, the food is good.
Portions aren't bad.
Wonton Egg Drop Soup was tasty.
Crab Rangoons were very good.
Kung Pao Chicken was flavorful.
Nice amount of chicken in the dish.
As for the Pepper Steak and Onion dish...
There seemed to be an enormous amount of green peppers and onions in the dish.
I think there was an entire green pepper cut into large chunks in my dish.
Vegetables are needed and welcome;
but, not an entire green pepper.
Thought the star of the show was the steak.
Still, we enjoyed it.
Just something to be aware of, when you order.

The General Tso's Chicken Combo 左宗鸡晚 was hard and small. I was only given two pieces of broccoli. The spring roll in the meal was disgusting and cold, and wasn't cooked in the middle.
The store also forgot the Advil I purchased. Would not try again.

The shrimp mei fun was delicious with plenty of shrimp in it. I did request extra shrimp and they did just that. The umami flavor the curry flavor noodle it was well drenched and very flavorful.
However the chicken wings were not crispy which I didn't like. Also, I didn't like the meat or filling inside the cheese steak eggroll. It didn't taste fresh. The texture was sort of rubbery.

Disappointed with Shin noodles presentation... seriously, it looked like oodles of noodles and some water ...only two, pieces of vegetables! So disappointed it cost more than what it was worth. Hell -the container came in what's worth more than what was in it ! I used to love Maple Star⭐️ I'm done with them. My order came to like $30. The Shin noodles was half of that! I'm sorry I didn't take a picture, but my description was very graphic. It was oodles of noodles and some bouillon water, with two small pieces of broccoli!!!!
