The strawberry syrup was overwhelming to the point where you couldnt event tell if there was cake or not. The "fresh" strawberries they put in arent fresh, they're frozen chunks. There was barely in a cake for it to even be called a "strawberry shortcake" not too mention that the size itself isnt worth $14. 0/10 dont plan to soothe your sweet tooth here.

Always flavorful, love the blue cotton candy ICE CREAM CUPS! The portion is nice sized and it's very fresh according to how it's made. I would certainly order this again because it's one of my favorites!

Consistency seems to be an issue. The quality of items is hit or miss. The COOKIES & CREAM SHAKE was really delicious this time, but it was pretty flavorless the last time we ordered it. STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SUNDAE is good when the strawberries aren't frozen and there are noticeable cake pieces. It's not great when I have to crunch into frozen strawberry chunks.

For being as expensive as it was, I was very unimpressed. It tasted just like cold stone creamery. I was expecting a bit better than that when I ordered from them, especially for the price. When I received my order it was mostly just a soupy mess that got everywhere. There really wasn't any Carmel which was a bummer. And to many strawberries, they really took over the whole bowl... I won't choose to order from them again.
