• 4/16/25My husband is addicted to the Boneless Short Ribs (2 Pieces) (24 oz.). Use a McCormick Montreal Steak spice marinade and put on BBQ for about 20 minutes. Think tender beef, juicy, marbled, just the right distribution of fat. Perfect. Every time.
The California Grown Chicken Breast, Boneless Skinless Natural (2 Pieces) (16 oz.) are tender, juicy, without fat and also perfect on grille.

• 10/25/25Ordered a Beef Pot Roast this week. 3 lbs 5 oz. Perfectly marbled. Perfect amount of meat and fat. Roasted it using the NYT Cooking recipe. Outstanding. Best beef pot roast ever. Tender juicy crumbles off your fork. Absolutely amazingly great.
