Papas fritas ( home cut- French fries) topped with melted cheese, lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, ranchero sauce, jalapeños and guacamole.

A classic Mexican sandwich made on a french style bun, buttered with melted cheese done a la plancha (grilled) with a layer of refried beans and fresh toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, mayo and guacamole.

Served with two tacos, side of Mexican rice, refried beans and garnished with assorted toppings and guacamole.

A wet burrito is a classic burrito covered with your choice of maria's homemade salsas; red, green, ranchero, mole or salsa orale. Topped with melted cheese. It is usually eaten with a knife and fork rather than hand held. Served with a side salad.

Served with two enchiladas, Mexican rice, refried beans. Enchiladas are topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and cheese. Enchiladas are made in your choice of salsa roja (hot), salsa Verde (mild), mole (traditional chocolate peanut sauce), salsa orale (very hot) , Mango habanero ( sweet and spicy) or ranchero sauce (tomato base, no spice)

Burrito is stuffed with a layer of refried beans, Mexican rice, cheese and deep-fried. Served with a side salad.
