First time ordering from Maria's and it came STEAMIN' HOT! I ordered the Pastitcho and my mom built her own. Both are absolutely delicious and came with crispy garlic bread. Will for sure be ordering again.

My meal from Maria's was absolutely sensational. There has never been a pasta restaurant in Valpo that I thought was worth it. This is hand crafted sauce - real all-day sauce - with deep complexity and flavor and respectable portions. I hope Maria's is here forever. A++++

The Pastitcho was azmazing. Had a greay balance of the tomato sauce and béchamel to make it not to acidic but not to creamy either. It was an amazing dish. also would definite order the Prosciutto Sandwich again. If you like saltier flavor i would highly recommend the Italian Grinder! Both tasted amazing! cant wait to try the gelato.

Pasta was very dry. There was barely any sauce. A suggestion would be less pasta and more sauce.
