Cornbread Hoecake Topped with your choice Pork Shoulder, Beef Brisket, Turkey and Catfish with Slaw on top. Choice of Sauce on the Side.

Fresh cut lettuce mix with your choice of it being topped with, Southern fried chicken tenders, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket or Smoked Turkey. and finished with red onions, shredded cheddar, and chopped bacon. Heirloom Tomato Wedges during the Summer Only.

1/2 pound of your choice of Brisket, Pork or Turkey atop two pieces of white bread and two sides.

Rubbed with our Big Hoss Rubb then Hickory smoked for (4) hours. Served with 2 to 3 sides and white bread.
