This was the most over priced, dry brisket sandwich on a dry bun ,they should be embarrassed to charge $20 for it.
The meat was so dry. It was like yesterday's brisket left under a heat lamp. The five dollar side of mac & cheese was a joke. It was about the size of the cup the sauce came in. The service was so poor. There was a lady waiting to be seated and during the time I was standing there waiting for my to go order nobody even acknowledged her so she left. I'm really not sure how this restaurant is still in business. save your time and money.

After having a wonderful lunch there yesterday, I was excited to try something new today. Unfortunately if today's items were my first order, I wouldn't order a second day.
The fries were burnt and less than a handful.the burger itself was ok, but the amount of pulled bbq on it was less than the size of a half dollar. The beans were ok, as long as you LOVE the taste of bell pepper. The sauces are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THOUGH!
I really wanted to love this today!

This was a great choice for a last minute family football get together. Plenty of food for six adults and five kids, with some leftover! The hush puppies exceeded expectations and the broccoli salad was really good. All the meat was cooked incredibly well, although the brisket was a little fatty, and the smoked turkey was a huge hit. We'll definitely be ordering from Martins again in the near future!

For what was charged the portion size on the brisket was ridiculous. One "piece " of what I was given was completely fat. I have not ordered here in a while due to the very high prices. This serving of brisket was not worth the price

I order every single day without fail I really enjoy their pork it is better than any other pork joint that I've ever had in my life and I am very well traveled a highly recommend this place if you're in town for Derby you have to try it! By the way my dog is in love with it too I ordered her a whole sandwich today and although I don't give her the bread she ate almost all of the pork but she is a little Yorky and such a treat for her! Sometimes they give me a little less pork which leaves me starving because I do share with my dog and sometimes they pilot on so I guess it evens out but I highly recommend you can't go wrong with Martin's!
