The best Ramen in town! Their Chicken Paitan is jaw dropping, noodle slurping goodness. Rich broth which is dairy free, gluten-free makes me wonder how they do it? I always order extra Xtra Chx Broth because I make 2 servings from this dish. Their Ika Karaage isn't greasy and delicious! But you have to like squid. Yum.

I got it extra spicy and the packaging and flavor was insane. I don't even like ramen and this place blew my mind. Exceptionally tasty, great presentation, hearty portion, I love corn. Good ingredients. I'm getting this once a week this winter.

This is the best Ramen broth I've ever had! It takes 15 hours to make it super flavorful and creamy with Zero dairy. The Chicken Paitan will not disappoint. The chicken Chx Karaage 6pc is lighter than it looks, and it's not greasy. Get some extra Xtra Chx Broth, it will hit the spot on these rare cold Austin nights.

I got the Hakata Tonkotsu ramen with an extra Seasoned Soft Boiled Egg and it was very good. I really appreciated how they added an entire ajitama instead of just half. I do prefer other ramen noodles I've had - these are thinner and a little more tough. Just a personal preference though. The packaging was so well thought out and kept everything perfect during transportation.

OMG this ramen just might be the most incredible I've ever tasted. And I'm holed up at home with COVID right now, def didn't expect *this* many flavors. So much umami. Broth is exquisite and the chashu pork is divine. Egg cooked perfectly. Even the noodles are special. 11/10, would recommend!!!
