Overpriced and the cake donuts were the size of mini donuts. $34 for 12 donuts was obscene but we assumed it would be worth it for convenience but it was definitely a crock.

I placed an order for some donuts and boudin. When I received my order, I realized the boudin wasn’t included. I was annoyed because I had paid for it, but I understand that mistakes can happen. So I called to let them know, simply looking to figure out how to get a refund.
However, the woman who answered the phone had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. I calmly explained the situation and made it clear that, while I was frustrated, I wasn’t angry—I just wanted to resolve the issue. She got loud with me and started arguing. It was incredibly unprofessional and rude.
Honestly, the customer service was awful. I would not recommend placing an order from here.
