The BEST fried chicken in Portland! The Fried Chicken Mac and Cheese is amazing, it fills my dreams. Chicken is masterfully seasoned, crispy, flavorful. Cheddar Fried Chicken Sandwich is a perfect sandwhich, bacon is always perfectly cooked, fries are awesome.

I really wanted to like this because I was dying for fried chicken but this was a miss for me. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich says chicken breast which makes you think you're getting a full breast but really it was like a thin chicken cutlet and lacked any hint of seasoning including salt as many others have mentioned.
The Side Of Coleslaw was also bland, needed salt. The fries were good though.
One thing I did appreciate was everything was on the side so the sandwich wasn't soggy. I just wish it tasted good when I put it together :-(

We love this restaurant! I would say the mac is on the less creamy side but we and our kids prefer it that way. Great chicken, love the sauce, and great waffles! Love that we can get a nice salad with our meal too, the poppy seed dressing with strawberries is delicious!

first, thanks for the thoughtfulness into the transport of yummy food items. i know this place is amazing, as i have been several times!! , but first time through doordash. again the hanks for the thoughfulness AND it was indeed absolutely delicious, delightful sunday brunch to get me through the rest of all my adulting

My husband and I make a point of trying all (or most of) the fried chicken sandwiches around the way, and we both agreed, HANDS DOWN, Mary's has the best fried chicken sandwiches we've had in a really long time. Go. Eat there now!
