5 stars for the 1. Beef Stew Noodle Soup. The soup and beef came separate from the hand cut noodles and greens. I opted to put everything into one of my own bowls and it was a ton of food. The broth was very flavourful, noodles had a good texture, and I was most impressed by how tender the meat was. I got 4 large pieces (equated to 6-8 medium pieces), which is generous for this dish. Highly recommend.
I also got 1. Egg Roll (4) These would've been better eaten at the restaurant as they didn't cut holes in the container so the steam couldn't escape and they weren't crispy by the time they got to me. Flavor was fine, pretty standard.
The portions for 7. Kung Pao Chicken and 6. Dry Sautéed String Beans were huge! Food for days.

Loved the Mongolian beef and cashew chicken. Food was spicy flavorful and we did not use the extra chili oil. They have a very interesting regional cuisine on menu and would try one next time. Especially liked that was not overly oily in preparation. the beef was tender and generous not skimpy

$31 for the pictured portion of Mongolian Beef with no rice is wild. I wish the menu had in some way stated that the dish was à la carte. But even after making my own rice at home, the amount of food in this meal was just enough for a single portion. Also was not spicy, despite the menu indication that it would be.

I am so blessed having Ma's house in the area. Great variety of dishes from the menu to choose from . The lamb with green onion is my favorite tender, and the green onion brings out the flavor of the lamb.

I've eaten here at least once a week for about 2 months and everything I've had has been absolutely fantastic. the hot and sour soup is easily one of the best things on the menu. ive had it at other places and it was basically warm dishwater In comparison to ma's.. it doesn't matter what you order Ma's is easily one of the best Chinese restaurants I've had the pleasure of eating at.
