sometimes the sandwiches are perfect, like the best I've ever had, while other times they lack ingredients (for the price, really not ok) , are made wrong etc, but the pastrami is seriously the best I've ever had. I know people love the tri-tip, but i didn't care for it. But that pastrami is so juicy and delicious that I don't even want pastrami anywhere else anymore. i do wish they had another bread choice, but that's a small issue

The trick with the Tri-Tip is to turn the box upside down when you get it so the top bun softens up a little. The bread can be a bit stiff. Spicy is really hot, medium isn't spicy at all.
