Dumplings are amazing, especially the Chinese Style Pot Stickers 东北锅贴 and the Salted Chicken Congee 咸鸡粥 was super good and gentle on our family's sick tummy. the portions are huge and wonderful. will definitely be coming back!

This place is always so consistently yummy! The Wonton Noodle Soup 云吞面 is perfect when youre feeling under the weather. Great sized portions and so flavorful. I love that they always give you oils and sauces for everything so you can customize.

so delicious!! for the first time I really understand the hype around Xiaolongbao 小笼包.the xiao long bao was perfectly packaged and all of them had broth still. the Homemade Pork Dumplings 手工饺子were so good too and a hearty portion. also the flavor between the two Dumplings was super different. everything was fresh and we will be ordering our way through the menu.

Master Kong is the real hidden gem of Portland. The fresh handmade noodles really don't compare to anything else you can get here. The prices are some of the most reasonable for the portion sizes you get. This is one of my go to places to order at least once a week, especially as the weather turns colder.

The Pot Stickers 锅贴 were great, nice and chewy, and they came with three different dips; chili crisp, a garlicky sesame sauce, and the typical soy-based dumpling sauce.
I ordered the Roasted Beef Noodles 红烧牛腩面 thinking it was a stir-fry type dish, but it's actually a soup. I wasn't disappointed though, very flavorful broth, and plenty of meat. The noodles had an excellent chew to them.
I recommend Master Kong and I'm looking forward to trying other things on their menu.
