The Signature Homemade Beef Noodle Soup is my mother's absolute favourite dish. This is the best version of this soup for us. Generous portions with a nice broth.

Overall, the noodles are perfection, the meat, very tender. Specifically, my mum heartily enjoyed the signature homemade beef noodles, 3.5mm wide noodles. I made the mistake of overestimating my spice level and ordered the spicy beef noodles, 5mm wide noodles. I enjoyed the delicacy of the noodles despite the width, because I'd weirdly thought, when looking at it, it would have the texture of taglitielle. Not so. It was yummy with the tender meat and despite the spice level it carried the broth nicely. But it was simply too spicy for me to love it. Next time I'll stick to the signature beef noodles because the restaurant gave chilli as a side to add to your spice level. Oh, and the medium size is generous.

The Large Braised Beef Noodle Soup was great and the portion was generous - perfect for a cold night :) Portion for beef slices could however be a tad bit better.

The shop didn't follow the scheduled time,so my food sat there for 7 hours. They didn't offer to replace with a fresh one, instead said they can heat the soup up in a microwave. It's not right, you are my favourite shop but today you really do wrong.
