Serving Rotisserie Whole chicken Pollo Entero was well done, juicy, not salty.
Pernil Rice and Beans was juicy, and tender and portion is shareable.
Flan de Vanilla caramenl is not burnt so theres no bitter taste. Amazing!
This restaurant is one of the best tributes to the Puertorrican street-lechoneras.

I absolutely LOVED the Mofongo Plate Pastel Cerdo. I'm so happy that I finally found a place that makes pasteles AND that's not crazy expensive. Huge portion too. The ONLY thing I REALLY didn't like was the Yellow Rice...idk why it smelled like really bad body odor but I wasn't going to find out. I'm glad it was in a different container because I would have thrown the whole plate out.

Plato Rotisserie Half chicken Pollo moist and delicious with great seasoning and a crispy skin. The red beans where well seasoned and yummy to dip the Tostones in along with the Mojo - Garlic Oil 2oz Extra Sauce. They give you a decent amount of Tostones for the price. Soooo much food I couldn't eat it at just one meal. Flan Coco was creamy and not too sweet, just perfect! Price was unbelievable for the quality and quantity. Will definitely order from here again.

I had the Combo Pork Pernil and OMG, the flavor was amazing! But let's talk about the portions for a minute. From just one platter I was able to eat lunch AND dinner. And only $11??? Insane! This is most definitely my go-to spot from now on. It was my first time ever eating from Matt's Latin BBQ and now I will recommend this spot to everyone.

Delicious and generous portion sizes for an amazing price! Literally everything tasted amazing, from the green bananas to the rice and beans. The taste of the chicken took me straight back to my favorite spot from home (la reine chicken shack on stx) which is the highest compliment I can give chicken lol. The fish was nice and crispy but not dry and the pernil was tender and moist. Definitely will be ordering from here again!!
-almost forgot about the empanadas!! They were the first things myself and the kids tore into and what gave me the confirmation that the rest of the food was probably going to be amazing, which it was!
