Super fresh ingredients! Tasty, nutritious, and filling. I got the biggest size (big kahuna). The person who prepared my order was very friendly and took time over the phone to clarify my extra optional toppings because I'm vegan and I wanted to be sure none of my chosen ingredients were sourced from animals.
ATTN vegans: Request non-fried tofu because the fryer is shared. Careful when adding extra free toppings because not all ingredients are vegan, e.g., masago is fish egg.

AMAZING build your own Poke! I got everything I wanted, custom creation. Staff was helpful and cheery and willing to answer any questions I had. 10/10, fresh ingredients, BOMB sauces! Will be a frequent flyer here!

Mixed experience at Maui Poke. To be fair, the ingredients were fresh and it hit the spot in the moment, but the value just isn't there. Consistency was a major issue for our group; while some enjoyed their bowls, others found the ratios totally off. The small bowls in particular were overloaded with ginger and had very meager portions of seafood.
We also tried the musubis, but they were made with seasoned sushi rice, which made them unexpectedly sour and overpowered the flavor. Honestly, for the price and the portion sizes, I’d much rather go to Foodland for a more satisfying poke fix.

so I got their Big Kahuna Create Your Own with 3proteins and even extra unagi and it felt like the portion of a small bowl in california, the spam Musubi had no sauce and way too much rice. id grade bowl a 2/5 and Musubi a 2/5

For over $15 this bowl is super small with barely any rice and any ahi... very disappointed.
