• 6/17/25To be honest I am traveling and picked this place at random. I have a wheat allergy and was craving a burger with a gf bun. Turned out to be one of THE BEST burgers I have ever had. The char flavors, excellent bacon and crispy tots on the side. I rarely eat all my food but I cleaned my plate this time. Yum!

• 9/27/23We are long time customers of Jack's Prime but today was my last order. The $23 cheeseburger has changed- they are now using a thin frozen pre-made patty- it was not good. The extremely thick fries are nothing like the thin fries they use to serve. Sad to say we wont. be ordering again.

• 10/20/24Their Maverick's Classic Hamburger and the other burger are ok. Not the best but atleast they got consistency right with med rare. Not the biggest or best for their price. Decent enough if you are in the area for a quick meal. Their negative two stars is for their fake Chocolate Shake. That Chocolate Shakes cost almost ten bucks and it's vanilla with chocolate syrups! Nothing is worse than a fake Chocolate Shake . Not worth it and I tossed it after the first sip.

• 3/22/23Not what I remember this place. Flavorless burger with dry meat. Milkshake was really tiny and tasteless as well.
Straw that they send couldnt even be big enough oe water let alone milkshake
