• 3/23/26Disappointed with this order. The crust was very light colored and gummy because it was undercooked. I paid for double mozzarella and there was barely any cheese at all.

• 12/24/25Usually I give Mazz 👍fresh👍portion👍flavor because till today the flavors and portions did not taste like pre-made corporate - instead like a family run place. This time the only thing the spaghetti and meatballs had going for it was it arrived very very hot. The food tasted as though it had been frozen and had been freezer burned. When I have ordered this in the past the spaghetti noodles alone filled the container. (I was ok with squished meatballs an acceptable trade-off) The spaghetti with the meatballs together filled to only 2/3. I was sorely disappointed for lack of a meal I have always enjoyed a great deal.
Sadly, seems someone in charge now had missed that $$ profit is the result of quality meals and good service. I could not recommend.
PS there is no way via doordash to order parmesan and pepper packets without contacting the call center. Unfortunately the rep there suggested typing it in, but on DD: "store has chosen not to accept special requests" Not in "condiments"

• 1/6/25the pizza was really small and so thin it was crispy for a pizza that was supposed to be hand tossed! I usually enjoy mazzios but this was disappointing.

• 2/3/26The crust was raw, cheese not melted on the pizza and there was so much sauce it was soupy. This was an unacceptable product.
