My Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Spud was great just left the bacon off. Second time it happened but overall it was good.

The McAlister's Club Wrap is awesome. The beef chili is my favorite year round. The portion size is more than filling.

Cookies aren't the same as I remember. Just personal preferences far as texture is hard. The taste isn't good. Salad lettuce could have been fresher. I prefer cold salad it is more room temperature. However I will order again everyone has an off day. Thank you

Ordered a Nacho Basket and only got a box of chips... no cheese dip at all. Very disappointing to pay $10 for tortilla chips!!! This is the second time now that something has been missing from my order. Because there's no way to order sides of dressing, I ordered a side salad just to get dressing and the salad came... but the dressing was missing (the only reason I ordered the salad was for the dressing). Not sure I'll order again from this location.

The food is good but they lack the ability to put all the items you order in your bag. Every order I have placed with McAllisters there is always items missing. This time was 4 chocolate chip cookies at $2.50 each. It’s ridiculous to not be able to put everything someone ordered in a bag.
