McAlister's is a great deli to visit in Tallahassee. Their meats are high quality and properly cut, the bread is toasted well, and their sides are delicious. They are a little expensive compared to other sandwich shops but well worth it.

Make the best BLT and avocado sandwich in this town. And somehow they manage to make it in such a way that all the ingredients stay nicely enclosed in the bread which makes it much more enjoyable to eat without things falling out all over the place.

The BLT had one piece ofbacon and tomato It wa all lettuce and avos on soggy bread.I ordered no avocado and thats all I got in every bite. The grilled cheese was hard as a rock. I was very disappointed in what I received.

I'm so disappointed in this restaurant. I ordered kids Auntie Anne's pretzel dog, 2 macadamia nut cookies, and a large sweet tea. The pretzel dogs were burnt and cold. I didn't get any cookies, and the tea tasted watered down. I feel as though I was robbed of food and money.

I ordered the choose two options. The salad was correct, but the sandwich was wrong. The biggest annoyance here is the receipt has a check mark that they checked the salad but no check for the sandwich (photo attached). Which means someone just threw a sandwich in the bag without double checking it. If you have the checks in place to ensure accuracy, you need to be actually using them. That's kind of the whole point of them. Getting really annoyed with this place. I keep giving them chances because I love McAlister's, and I've never had the same kind of issue in any other city/state. I've been to this chain all over the country. This is the worst location I've encountered. This location averages screwing up my order about every fifth time I order. And it's always a lack of proper checking. Going to have to find another salad place. I order this from DoorDash because I'm at work and I don't have the time to go pick up food, and I certainly don't have the time to run back to the store when my order isn't correct. I should have gotten a turkey sandwich, I ended up with some sort of pork or something...I don't know what I got, but it was so drenched in grease I didn't want to touch it, much less eat it. I offered it to coworkers but everyone was grossed out by it. It ended up in the trash. This restaurant can do better. I suppose they do a good job at getting the order out on time, my orders are always at the appropriate time I ask it to be delivered, but that's not very helpful if the order isn't correct.
