• 12/31/25The potatoes were not very good. I have had potatoes in my life and these were just not very good. The chili was also very sweet. I would not recommend McAlister's. The only thing that was good was the tea.

• 11/12/25Half of our kid meals food wasn't edible. Kids Auntie Anne’s Mini Pretzel Dogs looked nothing like the picture and were soaked in grease. Mac and cheese was way overcooked and was a goopy mess.

• 1/28/26Memphian sandwich was extremely small and not worth the price. What was supposed to be a full sandwich was th same size as the halves that came with the pick 2

• 11/4/25No protection on the drink, I don't see how restaurants are doing this in 2025. Unexceptionable, I won't drink this and it's expensive at that..
